The Fortem factory, located in Iernut, Mureș County, is a landmark in the building materials industry in Romania. Located in an area with easy access to the Transylvania Highway, the unit was designed to integrate the most advanced technologies available internationally.

Quality is an absolute priority. Each batch of products is digitally monitored, through QR codes, and subjected to rigorous testing in our own laboratory, equipped according to international standards. Thus, Fortem customers benefit from premium AAC blocks – homogeneous, durable and compliant with the most demanding requirements of the construction market.

The production process is designed to have a minimal impact on the environment, through reduced resource consumption and low carbon emissions. Complete, integrated solutions

The DVI Production factory is equipped with a fully automated technological line, from the dosing of raw materials (lime, fine sand, water, aluminium powder) to cutting, autoclaving and automatic post-process handling. ➡︎ This integration optimizes resources, minimizes waste and ensures full traceability for each manufactured batch.

Energy efficiency and environmental protection

Masa technology uses energy-efficient autoclaving technologies with heat recovery and thermal control, reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. ➡︎ Gas and energy consumption is significantly reduced, lowering the carbon footprint of the product throughout its life cycle.

High precision cutting – less consumption, less waste

Tolerances, thin cuts and zero waste mean a cleaner, more efficient and more responsible product. ➡︎ A uniform product is obtained, with almost zero losses, which allows for reduced mortar consumption on site and faster and cleaner construction.

Automation and precision

Automated process control allows for the constant production of a product with minimal deviations from the technological recipe. ➡︎ Corrections on site are reduced, waste decreases, and the process becomes predictable and stable. Fewer errors, more efficiency.

Long-term sustainability

The equipment allows the reuse of waste generated during production – whether it is raw material or post-autoclaving surplus. ➡︎ All this supports circular and efficient production cycles, in accordance with the principles of the green economy. ➡︎ We align ourselves with ODD12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and actively contribute to reducing the impact on the environment.
